PORAS MECHANICAL WORKS    

PORAS was founded in 1978 for the purpose of manufacturing Brass Gas and Water armatures and Precision components for the Automotive Industry. Our initial production capacity of 3.000.000 pieces per annum has increased to a present capacity of 30.000.000 p.a.

Today, PORAS has more than 120 products on the market. These products are manufactured by PORAS and its associated group of firms. Our products were exhibited during DOMOTECHNICA' 97 in Cologne and have aroused a huge attention worldwide.

PORAS has mainly 3 Product Divisions:

- GAS TAPS, VALVES and FITTINGS

- SYNCHRONIZER RINGS

- BRASS RODS and PROFILES

PORAS gives great importance to R&D in the fields of technology, quality and products and will maintain this policy to increase both its innovative strength and international competitiveness.

At PORAS, we continually work on the systems which will best match and guarantee our clients' quality requirements. PORAS products are manufactured to required worldwide standards such as EN, BS, ANSI, DIN and more specific ones.
